most of it flows back out... there's nowhere for it to go... but it DOES matter if she comes cuz then this increases the chances the sperm reach their target... she should come after you because the it makes the cervix "suck up" the sperm... i saw this in sex ed class in college - there was an intra-vaginal mini-camera and they showed how it dips & suctions up the sperm during orgasm. so make sure she's close before you finish. some women will lay with their legs up 20 minutes after to make sure it gets absorbed... some will still come out though.

It is normal for the sperm to come out of her after sex. If you two are trying to get pregnant, after sex have her lie on her back with her legs up. Sound silly but it keeps some of the sperm from leaking out.
To me I don't think it matters who comes first. I have heard that if the woman is in the bottom position, it's better if the man comes first then when the woman has an orgasm, her cervix "dips" into the sperm.

yea, it's natural for the sperm to leak out of the vagina, but don't worry, most of it is still up there. Have her lay with a pillow under her pelvis for atleast 20 min afterward to help the sperm reach the cervix. Also, i've been told it's important for the woman to orgasm first. This will allow her muscles to help suck the sperm up closer to the cervix, and it allows the muscles to loosen up a bit more, letting the man further down, closer to the cervix.
