People seem to be more conserned with where the fit in Libral, conservative whatever....everyone seems so focues on that. Im sure we could come up with better ways to handle world issues, it would be hard and take sometime but no one seems like they want to?

The government didn't put us in categories.
We put ourselves in these catagories.

Heading in the right direction.
The government wants us to divide up against ourselves, and in particular direct our focus onto what the poorest of us are doing, aborting since they can't afford to even have a child, much less raise it, immigrants, etc...so that we don't focus on what the rich are dong.
Imagine if we all got together, put our focus onto what this country's rich elite are doing and choosing, and put pressure on them to act in good ways and in good faith.

Being conservative and liberal is about what role you think the government has in the solutions that face our country. If you want the problems of our country fixed, your political ideology is going to color your perceptions of different proposals.

I think its foolish to believe the government is actually actively putting us into categories....
