in level 7 you could actually know who thumbs you up and down or know who reports you to yahoo?? Will you enjoy this option or will it make you stop rating??
Personally I would not like it.

Thumbs up or down, no. I don't see any reason to know this.
However, if you are reported, you should have the right to know who accused you of what.
