Since Breakfast at Tiffany's was originally made in color, your chances of finding a copy of it in black and white are just about zero.
Of course, if you watch any color movie on a black-and-white tv, you'll see it in black and white. Or if you have a color tv, if you turn the color setting all the way down, you'll see it in black and white.
If you're trying to find out what the movie would have been like in black and white, you still won't be able to really tell with the color removed, because the film was lit and designed to be seen in color. It would look okay, but it won't show you what it would have looked like if it had been filmed in black and white.

The movie was shot in color, so I doubt they'd make a B&W DVD of it. If you want to watch it in B&W, turn all the color settings off on your TV, but you won't get good black & white resolution for it.

It become filmed and released in shade. Technicolor, to be precise. the theory that it become in black and white is thoroughly incorrect. i've got handles and shown prints of the movie, and that they have got been continuously in shade. All rumors to the choice are incorrect.
