Hi
have a cleaning service in Mass, I have had it for 13 yrs. I charge 75.00 dollars for a one bedroom kit, bath, living remand office or guest rm. We do not get paid by the hour anymore. It is really how much stuff you have. Some people are pack rats, and they don't clean out the bath rm, because oh the cleaning lady is coming. Cleaning is a hard job. If they have more rooms For a Full bath rm it's $8.00 to ten dollars and additional bedrooms 12.00 to 15.00 dollars. I also charge a first time fee, which means if the Job is one hundred dollars well the first time would be one hundred and fifty the price plus half, because it will take longer because we clean top to bottom. I hope this will help you.

Do a flat rate...like 50 dollars each week to clean your house.
