I`ve got DDR memory installed in my computer. Will a DDR2 videocard work with my system?

When buying a video card you need to make sure your motherboard is compatible with it.

AGP video cards are cards that will eventually become obsolete, new motherboards wont have an AGP slot, I am sure you can find one or two, but thats it.

PCI-Express is the new thing for motherboards, these video cards run faster than AGP cards, you can even buy 2 of the same card to double the power, they call this SLI, you just need a compatible motherboard for that.

So it doesn't matter how much more powerful your video card is over your RAM, just make sure you can actually use it on your motherboard.

Yes. The DDR2 only refers to the memory used internally on the video card.
