I have a mediumn size manilla envelope with 3 sheets of paper inside. How many stamps should I put on the cover? I have to send about 20 of these out so I want to be sure.

Because of the size of the envelope you'll need 2. If you use just a regular #20 envelope you could perhaps get away with one.

Maybe 2 if the letter seems thick, but sometimes it will
go through on one stamp.
They can weigh it at the post office to be sure.
