Well, some women don't even get cramps. They come when your body is working and allmost read to release the thin lining of blood containing the ovum that we call a period. You would get cramps either way : it it's late or early. I get it both.

I do sometimes, but I generally don't get cramps when I get my period. Part of it may be because its delayed its trying to push everything out quicker causing cramps to occur

i get cramps when i ovualate sometimes, really bad cramps that last for days or a week. i don't get anysleep its terrible but never when my period is late

yes and you can sit in a very warm tub of water to relax
until pains go away=this usually brings on period too
