No, this is false. If a women or male having sex with an HIV positive individual, one needs to practice safe sex with the use of condoms. And one should be practicing safe sex with anyone, and threat them as if infected. It only takes the transmission of bodily fluids one and infected person to infect and non-infected individual. There is a great deal of information on the Internet regarding safe sex practices, and dealing with individuals with an HIV positive status. I suggest you inform yourself. Well yes technically but there might be semen left on the weiner or somewhere that is still alive and when inserted those semen act like the ones in your body and swim up the vagin
