my brother has created an adminastration account and controls mt laptop he restricted me from downloading any thing is there any way come over this adminstration account???plzzzzzz help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you know his password, it is no problem. Log in under his account name and password
Start/Control Panel/User Accounts/Change Accounts
If you don't know his password, then a reformat is probably your only option.

log into that account (adminastrator account) then go to controlpanel then user accounts click yours then change account type then set it back to administrator!!
