Ficus can be a pain in the butt. They don't like to be moved or messed with . I am not sure what the spots are. I would do a nice clean up pruning and hand pick the unhealthy leaves. Look for insects or sticky spots that indicate insects sucking on the plant. Give it some nice fertilizer. You could even set it in the shower and spray it off and let it sit until it has drained. There are insecticide for houseplants if you find evidence of critter grazing on it. There are also systemic insecticides that go directly into the soil. It likes rich moist soil, not soggy, it likes some misting for humidity. Keep it out of drafts, give it good light. It should improve once it settles into it's spot.Don't overwater it.

They will probably fall off if you shake the tree real good. It will not hurt the tree to prune out all that dead wood and dead leaves. A Ficus is usually in pretty bad shape after a winter inside with all the dry heat from the furnace. They need a surprising amount of water and are one of the few plants that thrive with wet feet. I have mine in a jardiniere that always has some standing water in the bottom and it is 19 years old. I have to trim mine every year when I bring it back in for the winter as it gets too tall for my 8 ft ceilings. Good Luck and God Bless

in the experience that your plant is commencing off to come returned into fruit, you are able to decrease off many leaves to be sure that the tomatos get as lots sunlight as conceivable. With greater leaves than usual lacking, the plant will placed all its power into becoming the fruit quite than becoming leaves. I decrease off approximately seventy 5% of the leaves from my tomato flora a month in the past and that they are groaning below the burden of fruit suited now.
