This should be an interesting debate!
Everyone is debating women's reproduction rights.
Perhaps we should switch this arguement to male's reproduction rights?

Vasectomy is easily reversible when the man decides to have children.
Can men now see that it is a personal decision and women don't want the government telling them what to do with their bodies?

Ha. Do you know how awesome that would be? The most awesome.

Men think they rule the planet just 'cause they have a dick in their pants, and then, in government, attempt to force women to be stuck with babies whom the father doesn't give a single s.hit about. It's sad.

So let's add some mandatory parenting classes for males 16 years of age onto that vasectomy requirement.

I get your point underneath this and it's a good one. Men have never taken their share of responsibility for birth control, and they would never be willing to let the government make decisions about their bodies, but they think the government should do so to women. It's a perfect example of how much the double standard still applies.

Yet one more reason I am pro-choice!

These religious nuts come from a long line of this type of thinking! Eunuchs were loved.

I am not becoming a eunuch thank you. I like vagina. I like the Vagina Monologues!

I like children and support welfare for poor families!

I support every woman's right to decide what they want to do with their own body!

I don't support illegalizing abortion.

I don't support mandatory vasectomies!

But then again, the debate is framed weird... I mean, would you support the ANUS MONOLOGUES?

I would, but only as a joke...

I do not consider this any kind of debate. I consider it sexist male-bashing, by women who feel angry about the abortion debate.

We cannot even get state-sanctioned vasectomies for fathers who have spawned 8 children on welfare, with 6 different mothers.

Vasectomys are not 100% I knew a guy who had one and a few years later his wife got pregnant. She insisted the baby was his. After the child was born a paternity test was done and sure enough it was his kid.

Vasectomies are not easily reversible. Women will always hold the burden of child birth by right of nature, so she will also have to bear the burden of birth control on the whole.

Any male child with liberal parents should have vasectomies to save our nation for later generations
