How do I create an mpeg from scratch please? I have XP.

I should have explained.. I have a series of pics I want to upload bby way of slide show with some music, but it needs to be in mpeg format...

You create a specific file in any format such as flv etc, after that get a converter to convert it to mpeg. Or save it as mpeg.
