It's unlikely that you have have brain tumour - you would have other influencing factors and I would imagine would be pretty unwell - I get tons of headaches and always feel a bit spacey and get obsessed with wondering if I have a brain tumour and I haven't got an ear infection!!! Ear problems can make you feel dizzy - go back to the GP and tell him the tablets aren't working - he give you something else to try. There is an inner ear infection called labyrinthitis that can make you feel dizzy - normally, you are given antibiotics to treat it Speak to your GP and stop worrying about your brain.

Drink more water, sometimes these headachs and dizziness last. Last year, for 9 months straight, I had chronic daily tension migrains. Go and see a doctor, for all you know it may simply be vertigo and they can treat that with medication. You may also just had over active muscles. Take it easy, relax when possibly make sure you're hydrated and see a doctor to be safe.

I'm going to give you a suggestion - don't take this as an insult as it is anything but.

I recommend that you increase the amount of water you have every day. Diziness can be a basic symptom of de-hydration. People in general don't drink as much as they should. Make sure you're drinking 2 litres a day.

Pure water not in coffee or tea.

My friends mum has something called Menieres (?spelling) disease which is a middle ear problem that effects her balance. I think its treatable but not curable.
