The only way someone could make you feel like you dont matter is if you allow it. Everyone has a value in life and you cant let someone else feel like you dont matter

Because they feel that if you know that you matter to them, then you have a power and control over them, and they don't like that. It's easier to act like they don't care then to leave themselves vulnerable.

It's really because they have a need to "feel" superior and condescending over everyone that they choose to look down on......and believe me I know how that feels to be on the receiving end of that....It really does hurt....but I try my best not to let that person know how much they are able to hurt me....
