when do prue and piper find out about leo being a whitelighter? In secrets and guys they laugh at phoebe, and out of sight they still don't know.

Phoebe finds out in "Secrets and Guys" but Piper and Prue don't find out until "Love Hurts" when Leo gets shot with the dark lighter arrow and he goes to them for help :)

If I remember correctly, they find out around the end of the first season or the beginning of the second season.
