If you want a heathly and model bod you should eat no fatty foods ( you can have lenience days when you can eat something not in the diet but only once every 10 to 13 days but try to give them up all the way if possible). Veggies and Fruits are imporatnt!
Follow the food table: 2 proteins (meat, eggs..), 3 dairy, 2-4 fruits, 3-5 veggies and 6 or more grains. It is hard to stick to but it is worth it!
Counting calories is a pain but it works... for every 3500 you loose a pound ...to do it right it WILL take time!
My friend went to Bally Fitness and they help with diet as well as fitness workouts... they are great and work wonders and you are loosing weight the safe and heathly way!

Various websites say all the same things. Cardio, Cardio, Cardio. Got it! Start off slow and slowly add to your workout. You should be doing some sort of cardio for at least 30 minutes four days a week.
After cardio comes diet. Now this can get very confusing with so many conflicting reports about diet loss. Cut back carbs is important but you still need them. Stop eating Carbs at 7pm. Stop eating fried food all together. No more Soda even Diet Soda. Studies suggest Diet Soda drinkers are fatter than Regular Soda drinkers. Some studies suggest that the sweetness of Diet Soda makes the body want more sweet foods. Protein is key, you need protein.
Once you start to drop a few pounds and are use to working out then you add weight training. When you join most gyms they offer one free training session. Take it! Also go out and buy a few workout books. Rodale Publishing who prints fitness magazines has several books. Keep your 30 minute cardio but add a few days of weight training.
This will all help you on your way to a happy male body. Just keep in mind that every single picture you see in those magazines have been photoshopped. NO ONE will ever look like a Male Model in a magazine.

Hmm, i do not study about their nutrition plan, yet unlike many woman fashions, they DONT starve themselves. woman fashions do not devour a lot because women human beings benefit weight easliy. besides the undeniable fact that this isn't a difficulty for adult males. adult males have swifter Metabolisms, and may want to intake extra energy. Are you attempting to be a male variety? And, sure i imagine you want to have some muscle.

I would work out every other day and try to eat healthier, and count your calories [about 2,000 calories a day is good] also personal trainers are very helpful [they can be expensive but definately worth it]

If u are skinny pls get some weight gainer then go to gym at califonia fitness quite cheap...If u are fat get some execise and gym together for best result...

there's no serious workout program in my opinion. just watch what u eat, lift weights, do pushups, and go #2 regularaly,=] i think that would work!
