My guess is that it's something like 2-U (with a K as my second guess).

Unless you're scoring under National Federation rules, you don't score anything because it's not illegal to step on the plate. Under Little League, NCAA, and the Official Baseball Rules, the batter must hit the ball with at least one foot on the ground completely outside of the batter's box to be called out for batting a ball illegally. Under Federation rules, touching the plate while hitting the ball is an illegally batted ball.

Whenever the batter is called out for an illegally batted ball, the catcher gets credit for the putout.

You are closer with the U-2. The catcher is credited with the out. I could find no specific score keeping mark so you're free to use whatever works for you. The important thing is the catcher is credited with the put out.
