Lost my menu?

I have a k800i cybershock phone and was trying to send a picture all was well untill it said the pic was to large to send and did i want to resize i agreed and bamm when i went into my phone there is no menu i can still send receive messages but i have to hold down a number key to access it as do i with phone numbers etc.. is there any way to get it back

ring sony ericsssion or take it in to a phone shop its only minor so it wpont cost you anything
