Why can I not tranfer hotmail to my web site for translation on my letter!?

I am trying to use altavista.com to teranslate my letter in my e-mail! It is required to cut and paste a web site on to my e-mail for tanslation!

not sure what the problem is but go to http://babelfish.altavista.com and paste in the text you want to translate - all very easy
