Get a Haynes Repair Manual at the local Auto Zone or auto parts store in your area. It will troubleshoot and show you how to fix your vehicle. Also on the Auto Zone site has a section for vehicle maintenance
You need a fan thermostat replacement.

i own a repair shop ,and there's a relay switch that could have gone bad for it,that's the most common problem for those not working right, also they are fuse controlled,so check the fuse panel really good ,and there is a switch on the engine or radiator that kicks the relay in,and its whats makes the fan actually come on,if you have a good Haynes repair manual for this car you can look in it,and it will show you the exact location of where all this stuff is located at,those are pretty simple to trouble shoot and it has to be one of the things i mentioned ,usually its the relay or the engine switch that causes them not to come on,but a good repair manual will walk you through the whole process of repairing it,good luck with it,i hope this helps.

the 2 previous answers are correct. if and when you replace the temperature sensor and the POS **** wont work, try straight wiring to an ignition source. it will run anytime you turn the ignition switch on. If it doesnt run, then you have a bad fan, even though it may be new.

be sure your coolant level is full,.....then check your temperature sensor.......not the one for your Gage.......the one responsible for turning you fan on.......yes ..there are 2 sensor,s...........if you have a.c.......turn it on.......this should force your fan,s on........this way you can test the wiring before buying a new sensor.........try tracing the wiring back to the sensor responsible for this.......this will make it easier to find so you don,t replace the wrong sensor.........good luck!
