You are not thinking outside of the box my simple one. The largest "tax predator" by far is the liberal left of this country who will tell us how to live our lives and fund anything that is politically correct. The IRS and state revenue departments are symptoms not causes.

Tripolar just about nailed it. The biggest Predator is your neighbor down the street. That he votes for politicians that promise to loot your wallet and split it with him. The politicians then use their thug force, AKA the IRS to do the dirty work.
Your friends and neighbors are worse than thieves. At least a thief has the guts to confront you face to face to rob you. Your neighbors use the ballot box. And sit safe in their homes while the greedy hand of government collects the loot.

School Districts...We vote their Budgets down and they pass them anyway......We have no say in any taxes..so I guess they are all predators, some smaller and some bigger
