It may still happen -- last I heard, the legal authorities were still considering it, and that no decision had been reached one way or the other.

Word around the campfire is that there still may be charges taken. Steve Moore filed suit against Todd Bertuzzi and many people are comparing the two incidents. But it didn't happen on the street. It happened in a hockey game and the NHL police their own, as it should be. An assault on the street cannot be compared to a hit in hockey even if it was a cheap dirty hit.

The police are still investigating, but there needs to be a complaint lodged as well.....I think. In the Bertuzzi complaint, the police investigated and launched the charges after people from the stands phoned them about the incident.

The Wizards have a participant get a on the instant crimson via "violent habit" and the sport is in KC so the refs are not going to be incurring the wrath of the followers. yet of path to the bitter-grapes, woe-is-me followers of the Wizards this is the Rapids who're taking low-fee pictures and scoring "unwell-gotten" objectives. the only element extra pathetic than this excuse for a house draw is Eddie Johnson turning down a circulate to Derby.

was Carmello anthony charged w/ assault?
I cant believe hockey fans are being so tabloidish. It was a cheap shot just like the one he received. the announcers will say whatever to start controversy. and like good little sheep you all have taken the bait.
