I wanna a workout program which helps me in order to get a male model body in a short period of time...!!??

First of all eat healthy like tons of vegetables and no sweets and fats and use the ab lounge. Yeah its a bit pricey but it will give you that 6 pack you want.

Well I don't know any workout tapes but I know a work out plan from previous experience. My brother wanted a six pack and muscles on top of his muscles. Start out with 25-30 sit-ups a day for a six pack. It should take about six weeks to the most. For your muscle you should use arm weight or weights. If you use weights then do 25-30 a Day also. Or if you use arm weights do 30-45 day. Stick to this plan and you will be muscular in no time. Believe me.

try a local gym for motivation...lifetime fitness...gold's gym...they have abs and core programs that you can use if your a member
