My computer shuted down casue it needed a windows update.
they updated it but everything erased including the sound.
no sound from n e where comes out from the computer
do any one now a soft ware or something?

also.. like obviosly.. even though i put my speakers in the computer.. it dont work... for ppl who dont know...

It sounds like you are missing the drivers. I would call the place and tell them that there is no sound. They can probably reinstall them for you. What probably happened is whoever updated your computer, did a full install of a newer Windows, not just an upgrade, which in turn, erases all of your information already on the computer. Somewhere during this process, the computer may not have installed the drivers for the sound card.
