I actually went freefalling with one leg down into a manhole before. It didn't have a cover, and I had just been in an auto accident because a lady had pulled out in front of me. I was standing by the side of the road waiting for the wrecker to clear away my truck, and stepped in a manhole with one leg and one leg left on the ground. A couple of cracked ribs later, I told people that the auto accident didn't hurt too much, but the manhole nearly did me in!! :)

Well, sort of. I bungee jumped once. This place attached the bungee to your ankles, so you ended up diving head first toward the water below. I swore I would never do that again.
