The Hercule Poirot mysteries are all good, and they are all bestsellers. I can't find any info in the internet which gives figures into her best-selling books. But "The Murder of Roger Ackroyd" is considered the masterpiece among her works. I have read much of her work, and I can attest to this fact. I also like "Ten Little Indians" and "The Orient Express."

The Murder of Roger Ackroyd.

The Mousetrap (The sky was dark with unshed snow).

my guess is "And Then There Were None," also known as Ten Little Indians. It's even a computer game (which I have). Murder on the Orient Express is also quite popular.
