What is the offical name of this type of cart?

I could've sworn that I've seen carts that can hold several computer towers ( 3 - 5 ) that also have a power surge conntected to it. The also are low enough to fit under a semi-tall desk. Do you know what those are called and where I could find one?

Don't know the name, but I'm sure you can find it at an office supply store such as Staples, Office Depot, etc.
