why i can get off in like 5 minutes but I have orgasm with partner he has to work MUCH harder despite he doing everything i like and i do end up having one - why it taking longer?? how can i speed him up, lol?

You need to feel more confortable, and does your partner perform oral?
My partner loves me giving her head because I actually do love doing it, I love the taste, the feel and the whole experience of pleasureing my girl =)
Because she knows this she doesnt feel "bad" or worryed what she tastes like... all these things prevent fast orgasms! if its things like that your worried about ask him does he like it, im sure his answer will be YES! =)

He is not doing it the same way you do it. He is doing it in his own way. And he cannot learn from his experience because he doesn't know how it feels for you.
Only you know how it feels best. And only you can teach him the right technique.
I used to have the same problem of working much harder and not being able to bring my lady to orgasm for a long time. But one time a lady put lots of gel on my hand and showed me how to do her with the flat of my hand. And since then I've never had trouble bringing my lady to orgasm in five minutes or less.
I found from my experience that a lady can't hold out on me more than five minutes even when I have no gel on the flat of my hand and she still has her panties on.
When I do her through her clothing, then I just press more firmly with the flat of my hand and do her quickly in a circular motion interspacing with hard and fast from side to side. And I never stop until she shudders and convulses in my arms.
Many men try to bring their lady to orgasm with their lips and tongue. And it's no wonder they have to work so hard and have so much trouble satisfying the lady. There is no way lips and tongue can match the size, the strength, the speed, the fine control, and the sheer skill of a man's hand.

Have you tried doing it yourself, while you are both engaged? Maybe you just do it better than anyone else. Obviously he's trying to do everything you like....but there is something he can't quite do as good as you, or you haven't yet showed him the secret. You might even be holding back so as not to let him think he has that power over you. You know....turn you into a satisfied, whimpering, puddle of melted butter.

Basically self stimulation to orgasam is easier because you know exactly how much pressure to exert at what time. It takes about 7 minutes for most women to reach sexual peak with a partner. Not that it is my business, but I hope this is your husband we are talking about.

You need to relax. You are expecting too much from him and yourself. Sexual relationships take time and practice. Have fun. This is a common issue for women-just takes longer for us and shorter for him. I found someone who was willing to wait for me and at times I felt we were just working too hard and having no fun-so he got a freebie. It's only 23 seconds.

Maybe he doesn't stimulate you the way you can stimulate yourself during fantasizing... and your first answer may have quite a bit to do with the problem....
