That would be Mrs. Kietzman...The most I can remember about her right now (forgive me, just woke up and I don't have a lick of caffeine in me...) is that she was a stickler for people doing his or her personal best. I recall her creating word search worksheets for that week's spelling words...reading aloud to us a lot of Judy Blume...and in my own life, encouraging me to read books that weren't of my grade level since I had a high reading score. She introduced me to Arthur C. Clarke, Piers Anthony, and Terry Brooks.

Yes, she was a very pretty blonde, who was a HORRIBLE teacher and got out of the profession. She also had a student teacher who used profanity constantly, and got in big trouble for it.

Absolutely, she was one of the best teachers i ever had. We did a play (Lady and the Tramp), and would have auctions with fake money. good times
