I think giving him/her an Italian name is a great idea. The names you picked are different but are fairly easy to pronounce. I know absolutely no Italian but when I read the names I pronounced them just as you did with the "ch" sound, etc. So as long as you're careful with the name not being too difficult for Americans to pronounce I love the idea!
I like Luciano the best for a first name. I think Giusseppe would be a good middle name but as a first name it is not bad, just a little long to write all of the time (of course a nickname would solve that problem). I'm not a big fan of Fabio. Although it is easy to say, everyone will think of the famous Fabio. (the kids probably won't but adults would). But then again "Fabio" probably won't be famous by the time your child grows up. My favorite Italian name is Rocco. Either as a nickname, first name, or middle name. I just love the way it sounds and is spelled, etc. Good name though, none of them are too difficult to pronounce or hard to spell.

I think an Italian name would work quite well with an Italian last name. My favorite of the ones you listed is Luciano. But I would definitely stay away from Fabio. If you're still on the hunt for similar names and want something authentic, why not try looking at names in Italian operas or of singers?

I think they are ok, but he might be made fun of. Not trying to be mean or anything, but he may be really self-consious when he starts school. Maybe if he lived in Italy it would be okay, but I wouldn't name my kid any of those..sorry, I'm just being honest. There is this guy in my school and he is so short and tiny and his name is fabio, and people tend to whisper and talk about him. The other two are going to be hard to pronounce, and when teachers take role call, he will always be embarrassed.
Try something Casual like...

+ Nathan Marucci
+ Michael Marucci
+ Christopher Marucci
+ Lucas Marucci

and things like that. There are many Italian names out there too, but I'm just stating my opinion and what I think of those three that you chose. Sorry If I sounded rude cuz I really didn't want to.

Personally, I would ask someone who lives here with those names. The name Fabio brings that horrible, creepy 'male model' to mind, so I'd never do that to a child.

I LOVE italy, and there are lots of good Italian names. Like Marco or even Michael. Michael Marucci is a great name. Kids don't usually LOVE a long, old fart name like Guisseppe until adults. There are lots of good names a kid and an adult will like.

Now, if you live in Italy, go for it. If you live in, say, Wisconsin...not so much. Kids get pushed around enough.

I think the name Fabio is out, simply because of the connotations it has with the model man named Fabio. But I like Luciano!
