instead of losing points to ask a question we should gain some , wouldnt we ask more?

Yup I agree to one extent but I can see why we don't...some people would ask very random stupid questions just to rack up on points...but they could work it out to you're allowed to ask a certain amount of questions in one day which coincides with the level you're at...like level one's could have a limit of 2 questions or something that says you can't gain more than 10 points in a day for your questions and so on.
