is there an mp3 player that has a usb input port in which u can plug your usb flash drive?

this way u can keep your music on different flash drives (sorted as per generes/artiste etc.

you can insert memory cards in mp3 players which features expandable memory slot, but drives i dont thik so

yes the Cowon iAudio U2
i have it, and it comes with an USB attachment. You connect it into the mp3 player, the connect into your computer.

Same with ipods.
