I want to make earings for my wedding that are similar to a style I saw in a magazine. They are pearl and look like an upside down christmas tree. I do have some experience making jewelry, but am unsure of how to do this, please help. Thanks.

Are they dangle earrings or posts? Do you have a link with a picture? Could you connect them with eye pins and jump rings?

The style of earring you describe sounds like it would be made with a brick stitch.This kind of earring would be a drop earring that is attached to a hook wire. Do a web search for 'brick stitch earring instructions'. Look and see if that's what you want.
