what is the most scary dream you have ever had??

a couple of dogs got hold of me in the passage by my room and i was trying call for my mother but i couldnt speak. im not scared of dogs or anything but it was the not being able to run fast enough away and seeing my mother right there but i couldnt yell for help. oh and 1 when my whole family turned into tissue boxes, chairs and tables. they all had eyes and were loking at me as if they hated me. i very often dream someone is chasing me and they are really evil, sometimes i escape but other times i get cought. then i get tortured. the scariest dreams are when im alone in a place filled with sort of "memories" you could say. as if the place had people living there but they are all dead and gone. and theyre not happy about it. sometimes theyre my friends and they mean me no harm but they can be horrible. i have loads of creepy dreams.

My scariest dream was a couple of years ago; I dremaed I was trying to open my parent's bedroom door - we used to be forbidden to go in as kids - and I struggled very hard to get the handle to move, but eventually I did. When the door opened, I saw that the room was full of small monkeys, all chattering away to each other. As I stood there looking at them, they suddenly noticed me and stopped chattering. I felt this terrible evil in the room, and I knew I had to get out; but my legs and feet would not move, even though I was willing them to. Slowly I dragged my feet to the door - my mind was forcing my legs to move -, got to the door, and was trying to pull it shut behind me, but the same problem; it would not move. As i slowly dragged it across, and almost got it shut.........a monkey's paw slipped around the edge of the door and I knew the evil had caught up with me.
Then I woke up, gasping with fear.
I should say, my mother was an abusive parent when we were small; terrible things were inflicted on us, and although it was over 40 years ago, sometimes I think I am only coming out of it now.

Many years ago I had a dream that I strangled my mother. I could actually feel the bones breaking in her neck -- it was so vivid. I woke up sweating and shaking. It's weird, but since then I think I've had more compassion for my mother. At the time of the dream, I knew that we didn't get along that well, but I had not realized the depth of my anger. Once I realized it, that anger scared me. I would never hurt my mother; I love her.

I had on where I was walking home and I 'felt' someone behind me, they ran up to me but not like a human, like a cloud of hatred and killed me, I felt myself slipping away and actually dying, it felt exactly how I imagine it must do to die, it was so real, when I woke up in my bed, I thought I was in hospital or something. My heart was racing and the adrenilin rush was so great I was shaking and couldn't sleep again. It was horrible.

I used to have recurring nightmares about tornadoes chasing me...every one of those were very scary.But then again I used to positively phobic about severe weather until I took a Stormchasers workshop. Now I look forward to foreboding weather and the nightmares have stopped.

i dont have any scary dreams as such which had scared me or woken me up in the middle of night. i mostly have sweet dreams. i have never dreamed that any one has tried to kill me although i have killed many people in my dream but never caught by police even once. i think i am pretty good in my dreams.

i had one yrs ago that my sister was murdered and when the police came to tell me it was like a joke to them thay were laughing and thought it was realy funny that she died , i woke up screaming and crying my poor husband nearly died i was that upset when i told him what i was just dreaming about he said everything was ok and go back to sleep but i couldnt i had to ring my sister at half 4 in the morning just to make sure it wasnt real .

mine is when i went on vacation and the whole world died who went to this vacation spot besides me and there was a bad guy who killed everyone who went to this vacation spot and then he is trying to kill me at night and i am so scared its like it is really happening u no and i am getting hurt so badly and right when he grabs a knife trying to kill me i wake up it was scary!!!!

my son falling off Blackpool pier! it was awful i kept tyring to make myself dream it again and save him! that awful feeling stayed with me for a couple of years. my son is 21 now!
