Look at how many people that can use basic logic and simple reasoning. I really don't know where you are getting at with this question. Education has to happen. Some kids embrace it some kids don't. But you can't just stop education and say they will figure it out.

My kids come home from school and tell me things that the teacher is teaching them, for example history, I tell my kids it is the teachers slanted veiw of the events. I tell them to look at the teachers name and you will see why the teacher is slanted. I tell them to say nothing just get an "A" if they can. then forget the garbage they have been taught.

its actually both, education means to change, and the same time it teaches, brainwashing occurs as well, branwashing people or children to conform with society, lead a better life, and survive life itself. About the government's lies, that's another story.

It does both, words are very powerful. They can be manipulated at any way, for example we all can see how the Bible or Kuran are being used to recruit kids instead of just teaching the goodness of GOD.

both. you can learn how to do maths but are manipulated to think in the same way other people do. it is brainwashing and i pride myself in being a hopeless case for manipulation.

It can make them do both because I use big fancy words my teacher tells me and I am learning stuff at the same time.

Children are vulnerable to suggestion but it takes a total system including home and school to be effective in the way you say. Most of the early brainwashing is counter acted by teenage rebellion.

um... idk what kids u mean when u say children dont use logic, but I do agree the school system is stupid. All it does is condition children to conform and keep all outword ideas to themselves for fear of rejection
