Believe me, I know how you feel. It can feel like it is taking over your life. It helps me to surround myself with friends and family. I tend to think about it more when I am by myself. Also, pray. Ask God to take all the bad thoughts out of your mind. Also ask God for peace. If you keep praying you will notice how He has helped you. God bless! I will pray for you.
