now that it's daylight savings time, and the time is up an hour, when do i take my birth control pill? i usually take it every night at 8:00 oclock. but now it's up an hour, do i take it at 9:00, or at 8: 00?

Take it at whichever time is best for you. You are on the routine of taking it at 8 so take it at 8. Today is the only day that it won't be 24 hours apart but it will be back to normal tomorrow! It's not a huge deal so don't freak out!

Hmmm I would take it 9, though I really don't see what harm it could do being off by an hour.

an hr makes a HUGE HUGE difference with birth control. even 15min does.

so jus call the gyno and ask. thats the only way your going to be sure. tell then, use a 2nd method of protection just in case.

Keep taking it at 8pm. Its only a one hour difference and should not be a problem.

one hour is not going to make a lot of difference - you can decide what works.

You should take it at seven o'clock because the time jump would make seven o'clock become eight o'clock
