I have some of my artwork in my eBay store, and have had some traffic, but no success in selling anything. I don't believe you will be able to get any kind of premium price on eBay, at least I haven't. There is a site called Yessy.com, where you can create your own gallery for a reasonable once a year payment. You can probably link that to eBay. You will never know till you try!

I would have loved to use this to add a picture, but I do not know how to add one.

there's another site called Etsy.com where you can sell artwork as well.
The best way to sell things is to get traffic to your site and have a product worth buying.
I find it funny that dozens of people have written something exactly like this question and none of you had sense enough to link your artwork on your question, that would have been advertising right there.
more traffic means more potencial buyers.
