How can I change my printer settings? My printer only prints in Word documents.?

I cannot print from the internet. Everything has to be transferred into a Word doc. before it will print. When I do try to print internet content, it prints a blank page.

This sounds like a corrupt printer driver. Uninstall by going to Control Panel,Add-Remove, find the driver program and uninstall. Then reinstall driver or download an updated driver from the company's web site.
