will mopar 318 internals fit a 360?

hi i have a 360c.i. mopar that needs rods cleaned/cut because they spun a bearing and its deep and also the crankshaft needs to be reground will 318 internals besides pistons fit in a 360?if not about how much $$ will it cost/usually cost to have the rods and cranks redone?will there be a big power loss if i go with the 318 rather than the 360?its going to be in a drag truck so....im trying to run 11.50's 12 sec?

The 318's bore and stroke are different - don't try to put the crank, rods, or pistons in a 360.

Get a reground 360 crank kit, the 318 has smaller mains-won't fit.
