Question

i am NOT a buliemic, trust me.i acutually hate throwing up, but ive been really nauses lately and i really just need to throw up.i dont like the two fingers in my throat so i was wondering if anyone knew any other way to throw up such as mixing baking soda with water, apple cider vinegar with water etc.

please answer.

Hi ilovee2shopp,

I am a bit concerned as to if you hate making yourself sick, why would you want to know how to make yourself sick? I get the feeling there may be an underlying worry that you may be going thru to want this so much. I never considered myself to be bulimic or anorexic come to that, but i made myself constantly sick and it has led to many differing problems throughout my life. it can remove enamel from teeth, as well as rotting gums and can also cause other problems. I also hate being sick by the way! I would urge you not to go down this road for your own health. Check out wikipedia under 'nausea' and it will give some good advice as to why and how to deal with nausea.

Instead of thowing up, why not try this remedy...It's always worked for me for any kind of stomach troubles...Boil 1 to 2 tablespoons of fennel seeds in about a cup of water to make a "tea", strain the seeds out and drink the tea while it's as hot as you can stand it...you should feel relief within minutes...half hour at the most...

You don't need to throw up. You need to get over your nausea. If it is that worrisome, see a doctor. You could have a condition that needs medical treatment. Remember, when we feel pain or nausea it is a signal from our body to our brain that something needs attention.
Nausea can be caused by pregnancy, ear infections, ingesting something toxic to our system, etc. Baking soda and water relieves indigestion, but it won't make you throw up. Apple cider vinegar and water generally serves the same purpose and is also thought to relieve virus symptoms in early stages. Homeopathic remedies are not your solution. See a doctor.
I know a product that can be purchased at the pharmacy, but given your reference to bulimia I hesitate to tell you. See a doctor.

Syrup of ipecac is the Corvette of emetics.
Also: Hydrogen peroxide. (makes a nice thick foamy vomit. Veterinarians give this to dogs to induce vomiting. It takes a fairly large amount of 3% solution you get at the drugstore - a full 12 oz glass should do it for a human adult.)

Syrup of Ipecac, one tablespoon followed by a large glass of water. But you could also try one teaspoon of ipecac, and it just may cure your nausea. Also if you don't have that, then one large glass of very salty water.
