My roomate just got an Xobox live subscription but i cant figure out how to get my gamertag online? do i have to buy a seperate one????

You can have as many Xbox Live accounts as your Hard Drive can hold. Just go to sign in and create new account. Create a new account with free Xbox Live Silver and then upgrade it to gold. You need a credit card to upgrade to gold version, it costs like 8.99 a month. Note that free xbox live silver version cannot play in games with other players ( really there is no point in having it)

you have buy another live subscription and log in under yours then put in the code on the card. as for how many I have 4 but don't know the limit.
