I can't think of a single one - i know not helpful but when we women are in "baby mode" as my husband calls it - there ain't much else on the ol' brain.
Maybe stop watching or keeping track of your cycle, and what's the "right time" to archive fertilization.
I don't know - maybe think about all the great sex you get to have trying. Not trying to sound flip but try moving it from the serious to the fun.
I've never had any problem with getting pregnant but when we do try i try to not keep track too much because every month can be a potential no go. Suggest that when you miss your period by more than 7 days - then think about testing - it leads to a few less let downs.
Good luck to you both !

After trying for several years, I think that it's impossible to completely get your mind off of babies when you want one so desperately. Even though we adopted a wonderful son whom I love with my entire heart, I still find myself becoming a bit sad whenever anyone announces the "good news" that they're pregnant. I feel horrible about that, but infertility is a tough thing to overcome and most people just don't seem to understand.
Stay positive and good luck!

yeah I agree with the other post. It will be hard to do especially when you see other babies around. Try and pickup a special interest. Try helping someone else with something that usually helps me. once you are not totally focusing on getting pregnant-one day you will notice that you actually are.

Stop going anywhere where babies are, don't turn on the TV and put your mind on something else.
Is it possible then? Who knows. Maybe for some people.

Hard task to accomplish. You can try to go out and do anything that you enjoy, walking/jogging, shopping, or stay inside and sew, watch some good movies, read, crosswords.
