yes you can swim, if anything it would heal faster, however the nose is one of the fastest places that piercings heal, that's why you can't leave the nose-ring out for very long

No problem with swimming. Better if you swim in salt water coz itll make your wound heal faster. Just dont take the ring off your nose and try to put it back again to avoid infections. Also, prevent from touching the ring often coz its one process of forming a yellow stuff in wounds. (the yellow goooey bad smelling liquid thing?!) After swimming, rinse the wound with alchohol to disinfect it. In 3 weeks time, it shouldnt be hurting any more. Good luck and have a great swimming!

it can take 1 month to a year for a nostril piercing to heal, according to my sources.

I suggest rinsing it when you get out because sea water is not the same as sea salt+water. sea water has bacteria from other people, animals and who knows what.

if it will be 3 weeks it should be healed by that time. Just make sure you clean it after you get out of the water.

you need to tape your head around your nose. that's the only safe method. or you can slather a jar of vaseline up your nose and face and that will waterproof your head adequately.
