Contrary to what previous answerer said, some states, such as Hawaii and Arizona, do not observe daylight savings time, so their times will not have changed. However, I believe that Illinois and Michigan both observe DST, so the time difference between the two states would remain the same.

Edit: I previously posted that Indiana did not observe DST, however, in 2006, that changed, and the entire state began observing DST.

Time changes affect the whole U.S. so the time difference between two places will still be the same.
