The cute girl-next-door Sandra Bullock and the effeminate over-the top Jim J. Bullock related?
No, I don't think they're sisters.
Seriously, Bullock is a rather common surname. I think Sandra's mom was a well known German opera singer and Sandra speaks fluent German but rarely does in public.
Jim was born in Texas I think or at least raised in Texas and is openly gay. He's also been quite open about that fact that he's HIV positive and has lived with it (and lived well with the disease) for quite a few years now.

I thought this would be tougher to answer but The Net was the first one I really liked so that has to count as runner up, with Speed as third runner up. First place though is The Lake House. The Proposal was quality, and she won an Oscar for Blind Side so no need to praise those two more as they were obviously good.
