id like to start a race or class war in the USA. How should I start it?

Vote for Democrats. That should work just fine. First they are already starting a class war. 50% of the population is already paying virtually no federal taxes. With the earned income tax credit that is NO federal taxes.

So you already have very close to a majority of voters who can receive benefits at the expense of a minority of the tax payers. Next step is to continue to exploit the minority tax payers by shifting the full cost of medicare, social security and other programs completely onto the "rich" minority.

Finally use the electroral advantage to stack the court and further the idea of democracy (Mob rule). The best way to kill the consititution is to declare it a living document, and do away with private property rights.

The last time the federal government tried to put 90% of the taxes on 15% of the tax payers then tried to strip them of their property war broke out. 4 years later 40% of the economy was destroyed and almost 25% of miltitary age males were killed or wounded. Ajusting for todays population that works out to 5 million killed in 4 years of war.

In only 4 or 5 years social security is going to be overwhelmed by baby boomers. By the same time the cost of running medicare and its overblown prescription drug program will be exploding. The Democrats will be in power. What do you think they will do cut benefits or increase taxes.

Well, first you have to find a race or class that feels so oppressed that they have nothing to lose or find a group of people that have something and convince them that they are about to lose it, which is kind of hard to do in the U.S.
You might have better luck with a religious war, except there are so many religious sects that the population is so divided that the "Christians" who try to say that they are being oppressed and that the US should be all (their kind of) Christian are considered jokes.
