There's nothing in the world like having to squeeze it out. It has to be way worse when you can't hold it in. And with both of those you stomach goes absolutely crazy. You have to say one or the other.

Constipation, because it's so painful. At least with diarrhea you can take some tums but with constipation you have to take a laxitive and wait like 3 days.

Diarrhea. Explosive diarrhea. very last time I had it, it lasted for 3 weeks, and does no longer end, no remember what drugs I took. I had to bypass to the health center and characteristic something injected into my digestive gadget's bloodstream, or something like that. that is as painful as giving beginning!

Both but I think constipation is worse cause its more painful

diarrhea.. at least you have some control over constipation, and aren't always on the alert for a sudden surprise.
