I have to laugh here! You come across a lot worse than you maybe. Most men look at women as domestic engineer and most women are just that. It is how you treat them as human being that will determine if she excepts the roll long term. This is the way of the masculine and the feminine.
You have to opportunity to get it right this time. Most American women won't accept your statements here although most of them do the same thing for their families now.
Me personally I would go the Russian route. There are a lot of Russian young cuties that would love to find a man that can take care of his responsibilities while she take care of hers. If you are going to do the overseas thing make sure you hire a reputable agency to represent you. This will cut down on a lot of red tape and help you find a good woman with good intentions. I like this route because a man you like you can make the right woman happy as long as you respect the roll she takes in your life.
I have some good male friends that went this way and are very happy and I mean very happy. Don't become and idiot and try to get the most beautiful of girl. They are the type the will let your down in the end. Also find a lady with good English skills to help the ease of assimilation into this society and culture.
